Returns & Refund
We have a team to look after the quality check and inspect the product quality before the delivery at multiple levels.
If the product delivered is damaged, then we will replace or refund your order within 6 business days under following conditions :-
- Please write to us immediately after receiving the order, maximum 6 business days after accepting the delivery.
- Write us an email for Replacement/ Refund of the product with the order number.
- Email should contain a clear video (max 30 sec) of the product with your order name, order number, with the brief description about product issue.
- Under any circumstances, we will not refund/ replace the order if the product is used after the delivery. Therefore, if order has an issue, please don’t use it and write to us immediately after a diagnosed issue or damaged product upon delivery.
- Manufacturing faults doesn’t comprise of packaging issue, dented seems to be defected and wear and tear.
We will notify you after we receive your returned product to us. Upon inspection, we will also email you regarding approval or rejection of your order replacement and refund.
If your returned product is approved, you will get your order replaced or the refund will be credited to your original mode of payment within 4 business days.
THE FUN PUZZLE reserves all the right to refuse any unreasonable replacement of refund.
